What I Want
I want one of those kick ass memory foam mattresses for a king-sized bed with mosquito netting where my whole family, including my dogs, can hang out on Sunday mornings and talk and laugh and wrestle before we walk outside to gather eggs from the chickens and fish from the sea and bananas from the trees for a healthy breakfast in advance of taking my pen down to the beach to write love letters to the world placing them in bottles and setting them adrift on the tide.

Great stuff, Jim. It’s always great when words can take you away somewhere. This post reminds me of a great piece from NYTimes a little while back — sort of makes you reconsider how you choose to spend your days.
